Refactored print_quotes() a little. Set queue pages to always use Funny/Boring voting buttons.
Fixed a JOIN that prevented links with no views from showing up.
Added several more voting button captions.
Fixed query display for admins.
Score color now changes after successful AJAX vote.
Fixed bug in set_prefs() that made the prefs cookie get set twice.

Removed Quantcast to speed up page loading.
Moved timestamp before the quote header to make up for IE’s deficiencies.

Created changelog.txt.
Admin page now saves the last used moderation settings.
Enabled gzip compression.
Added ‘Fixed timestamp display for moderators. Moved host display to the timestamp span (top right corner.)
Added limit of 80 characters per word for new submissions to prevent broken tables.
Implemented versioning of prefs cookie. Missing values will be set to defaults. Desirable side effect: prefs cookie is now auto-set on first page load.
Disabled voting on /today page. Changed default page to /latest.
